Tana Brennan

Director - CapeBuilt Homes

Tana Brennan currently serves as the Director of CapeBuilt Homes, CapeBuilt’s single family

home division, and is responsible for managing the sales and design operations of the company.

Prior to her position with CapeBuilt Homes, Tana played a vital role in the design process of

CapeBuilt’s award-winning community Heritage Sands and continued her contribution by

working closely with customers to assist them in selecting the finishes of their new home as

well as serving as a liaison between the customer and the

development and construction teams.
