CapeBuilt Development, LLC, an award-winning residential real estate development firm specializing in innovative modular construction, was recognized yet again for professional excellence by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB) with two coveted PRISM Awards at the annual awards gala on Oct. 6. After winning four PRISM awards last year, this year’s wins bring the total honors for CapeBuilt’s Heritage Sands project – Cape Cod’s first new oceanfront cottage community in more than 50 years – to six.
CapeBuilt was awarded a 2016 Gold Award for Best Multi-Unit For Sale Community: Detached Homes, and a 2016 Silver Award for Most Creative/Unique Use of Space. Last year, the trailblazer in coastal development took home a Gold Awards for Best Land Planning, Best Detached Home under 2,500 square feet, Best Interior Merchandising of a Model (average sale price $350,000 - $650,000), and a Silver Award for Best Multi-Unit for Sale Community: Detached Homes. “Following up last year’s PRISM Awards with another Gold and Silver is truly amazing,” said Rob Brennan, president of CapeBuilt Development, LLC and developer of Heritage Sands. “Bringing Heritage Sands from concept to reality was certainly a challenge, but being recognized by BRAGB for excellence in residential construction is a huge honor and testament to everyone’s hard work and dedication.”
