Craig Sexton
General Manager
Craig Sexton currently serves as the General Manager of CapeBuilt and is responsible for overseeing all new development projects, planning and coordinating the implementation of strategic initiatives, coordinating the company’s penetration into new markets, and driving increased revenue and profit to achieve the company`s growth objectives. He has an accomplished background in new business development, strategic marketing, and real estate development.
Prior to becoming the General Manager for CapeBuilt, Craig served as the company’s Director of Business Development. In this role, Craig was responsible for analyzing development opportunities, identifying opportunities to partner with vendors and manufacturers, the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing. Most notably, Craig contributed in various facets to the “Heritage Sands” project in Dennis Port, MA that went on to win “Community of the Year” from the National Association of Home Builders.
Prior to entering real estate development, Craig worked in professional sports in the front offices of the Boston Celtics and Boston Red Sox. In these settings, he was responsible for generating +$16 MM in sales annually while managing a client base of over 1200 individuals. During his time with the Red Sox, the organization went on to become the 2013 World Series Champions.
